Based on the recent news, the total laid-off employee on the first 7 months in Malaysia has been reached to 22,358 people. The largest sector has been affected by this laid-off is service sector (12,951 people). Sometimes, the company can be called it as the restructuring, however, I think this is the purpose of merely to beautify the fire employee process. The one of latest example is the Media Prima to conduct the program of fire employee that has been expected around 25% for the total of employees in the company. The main businesses from Media Prima that includes TV3, TV7, TV8, TV9, new straits times, berita harian, and others. Another one example is Seagate Technology has been closed the production line in Pulau Pinang and Seremban in 2016, the expected total of employee has been laid-off is 3,900 people. So this is what the reason we need to find and create the other "income" source because of the firing process can come on anytime and it is the huge potential threat to everyone. The company conduct the restructuring process to fire people but the top management from the company still received a million salary from every month. If you have been fired from your company that means you have not receive the salary anymore in future. So at this time how you can support you daily live? Do you have other "income" can support your daily life as well as your monthly commitment like the car loan, home loan, education loan, insurance, and others?
